Two themes that have been persistent in my trading of late are bullish gold and bearish real estate. It is my view that the bull market in Gold will persist for many years. In the short term, gold could pull back. If it does, this will offer yet another entry into a bullish market.
The second theme is bearish real estate. The Dow Jones Real Estate Index (IYR) is heading below the lows of November. The next support level is in the high teens.
